NAPOLI – L’erba sul Vesuvio – devastato dagli incendi dolosi di questa estate – non è ancora ricresciuta, anzi è strage d’alberi anneriti dalle fiamme nella pineta sporcata intanto dai rifiuti.

Diecine e diecine di pini tagliati: è quel che mostrano le foto dei volontari di 12 associazioni che domenica hanno ripulito il Vesuvio ancora sporco – malgrado i generosi finanziamenti della Regione al comparto forestale – di quintali di rifiuti lasciati dagli incivili che hanno trascorso qui la Pasquetta. Ma non si tratta solo di famiglie in gita in uno scenario praticamente lunare o post-atomico, non sono le sole a sporcare.

Tornando alle operazioni di pulizia volontarie di domenica scorsa, racconta in particolare dai social l’autore delle foto più crude sul taglio degli alberi e lo stato disastroso del terreno, l’artista-fotografo cinese Wang Hui: «A distanza di molti mesi dagli incendi credevo di trovare il Vesuvio rinato con nuove piante, ma abbiamo trovato un paesaggio annerito con pochissima erba e sporcato dai rifiuti. Alberi morti, perché il fuoco ne ha cotte le radici. Tutto morto. E ho visto che su alcune colline hanno tagliato tutti gli alberi, non lo so cosa dire. Mi sono commosso assieme ai miei amici che abitano ai piedi del Vesuvio ed erano lì per pulire, per fortuna c’è tanta bella gente che fa cose preziose per aiutare il Vesuvio ferito».
